About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine
According to subitem 4.9.52 of subitem 4.9 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Bring in the Rules of registration of transactions with hazardous substances in courts, sea installations and in the ports of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of April 10, 2001 No. 205, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 2001 for No. 452/5643, the following changes:
1) in Item 1.2 of Chapter 1:
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"The regulations on the captain of seaport and service of the captain of seaport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 190, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 18, 2013 for No. 632/23164;";
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The regulations on sea ecological inspection approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of November 4, 2011 No. 429, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2011 for No. 1348/20086.";
the tenth to exclude the paragraph;
2) in Item 1.5 of Chapter 1 of the word", and inspections of the state port supervision which are effective according to Regulations on Inspection of the state port supervision of the sea trade port of Ukraine" to exclude;
