"4. For passing qualification examination applicants represent to bodies of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) the following documents:

1) the statement in form according to appendix 1 to these rules;

2) the copy of the diploma about the higher education with appendix (in the presence of academic degree and academic status - the copy of diplomas with appendices);
