For the purpose of simplification and acceleration of carrying out customs formalities by introduction of special procedure of customs clearance of goods using the incomplete customs declaration and based on Article 388-1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of filling of the incomplete customs declaration and cases of its use.
2. (Beyspekov O. K.) to provide to management of the organization of customs control of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To management of organizational work and control of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Makhambetov K. I.) provide official publication of this order in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdishev B. T.
5. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
