I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Code of honor of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rules of office ethics of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan) (further the Code).

2. To chairmen of Committees, chiefs of departments, independent managements of central office, departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and on transport, independent divisions, educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, gorraylinorgan, to commanders of front divisions:

1) to organize studying of the Code by staff with acceptance of offsettings;

2) it is strict to monitor execution of regulations of the Code, without delay to take measures to the employees violating their requirements;

3) in case of acceptance of candidates for law-enforcement bodies to pay special attention on knowledge of regulations of the Code;

The text of this Code to place 4) in buildings of divisions of law-enforcement bodies in the places available to public inspection.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2003 No. 741 "About approval of "Rules of office ethics of the employee of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of educational and personnel work (Umurzakov B. N.).

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
