"Chapter 4. International cooperation and other questions of the organization and activities of the Constitutional Council

The constitutional Council according to the procedure, established by the legislation, cooperates with the international and regional human rights organizations, bodies of the constitutional control, legal structures, research establishments and scientists-jurists of foreign countries. For determination of subject and the mechanism of interaction agreements (memorandums) of cooperation can be signed.
