About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Item 4.7 of the Section IV of the Provisions on implementation of transactions with bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 06, 2003 No. 325, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2003 at No. 749/8070 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 30, 2011 No. 497) (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"4.7. Authorized banks when functioning System of the agreement confirmation in the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine of the National Bank of Ukraine (further - System of the agreement confirmation) confirm:

the agreements (agreements) of purchase and sale of bank metals for hryvnias signed with other authorized banks;

agreements (agreements) of purchase and sale of bank metals (except investment coins of Ukraine) for the hryvnias concluded with National Bank".
