According to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" and "About telecommunications", and also the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 22, 2000 N 458 "About measures for enhancement of management system in the field of telecommunications and mail service" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the amount of the state taxes for issue of licenses for the right of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications according to appendix.
2. Determine that the amount of the state tax for issue of licenses for the right of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications according to appendix to this resolution is costituted since November 1, 2001.
3. The Section 5 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 19, 1997 N 89 "About approval of the amount of the state tax on the activities right in the field of transport and communication" (1997, N 2, the Art. 6) to consider the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan invalid.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tulyaganov K. N.
