PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning activities of advisory and consultative and other bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning activities of advisory and consultative and other bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Changes and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning activities of advisory and consultative and other bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2000 No. 470 "About the republican commission on training abroad" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 43, the Art. 503):

as a part of the Republican commission on training abroad, approved by the above-named Decree:

after the line "deputy manager of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to add with line of the following content:

"the chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption";

lines:

"The minister of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "the chairman of National bureau on anti-corruption of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to exclude.

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2001 No. 691 "Questions of the State award of the world and progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader Nation" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 32, the Art. 421):
