I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens (further - the Instruction).

2. To heads of territorial subdivisions of Committee on control of quality of medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) to provide accomplishment consideration of addresses of citizens according to the enclosed Instruction;

2) to take measures for ensuring timeliness, objectivity and completeness of consideration of addresses;

3) to provide carrying out complex job analysis on consideration of addresses, with quarterly submission of the affairs statement on the matter in Committee to the 5th of the month following reporting quarter, according to appendices to the Instruction.

3. To assign coordination of work on consideration of addresses of citizens to the vice-chairman of Committee on kuration, deputy chiefs of territorial subdivisions of Committee, chiefs of departments of examination of quality of medical services and control of observance of standards.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
