About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes:

in Article 614:

in Item 3 of figure "4-6" to replace with figures "4 - 6-1";

add Article with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The amounts of the penalties for administrative offenses imposed by authorized state body in the field of supervision and control of ecological and technical safety are enlisted in the procedure established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget from which 25 percent are used for improvement of material logistics and stimulation of staff of state body in the field of supervision and control of ecological and technical safety.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
