For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About administrative activities and ministerial procedures", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on improvement suggestion in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 27, 2002 No. 336 the following change:
in Regulations on the improvement suggestion in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph ten of Item 12 of the word and figure "it is told the author within 5 days from the date of its removal" shall be replaced with words and by figure "it goes or handed to the author within 3 working days from the date of its removal.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
