In "Rules on expenditure of funds of Trust budget fund "Avtomobilnye Dorogi" for the content and operation of the highways of republican and local value which are in general use in the territory of the country" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 25, 2007 No. 13 to make the following changes:
1. in Items 3.2 and 4.1 of the word "Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Azeravtoyol open joint stock company.
2. in Item 3.3 of the word "Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Azeravtoyol open joint stock company.
3. after the text of part 5 to add "Note" of the following content:
