About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. Words of the Item "l" of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 "About the income tax" (further – the Law) "the amounts on privileges" shall be replaced with words "the amounts on the privileges, other obligatory payments and payments paid to the government and communal budgets, the amounts on privileges in payments on environmental management and also the subsidies from the government budget provided in connection with application of the rates approved in accordance with the established procedure by the state or authorized body.".

Article 2. Shall be replaced with words words of the third paragraph of article 8 of the Law of "the amount on privileges" "the amounts on the privileges, other obligatory payments and payments paid to the government and communal budgets, the amounts on privileges in payments on environmental management, and also subsidy from the government budget, vydavemy in connection with application of the rates approved in accordance with the established procedure by the state or authorized body.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
