Article 1. In the Item "e1" of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 "About the income tax" (further – the Law), and also in parts 1 and 4 of Article 32 of the word "the payments made under the terms of insurance" and "the payments made under the terms of insurance" to replace respectively with words "the accumulative payments made within the scheme" and "the accumulative payments made within the scheme".
Article 2. The second paragraph of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax" ZR-265 of December 22, 2010 to recognize invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
