1. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of June 29, 2005 No. 238 "About approval of the Procedure for confirmation by bodies of the State Tax Service of information messages about the actual introduction of the foreign investments and bills of exchange issued when importing to Ukraine of property as contribution of the foreign investor to authorized capital of the company with foreign investments, and also under agreements (contracts) on joint investing activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2005 for No. 756/11036.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Kapinus E. V. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
