About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. ZR-155 of September 30, 1997 "About the income tax" (further – the Law) to add article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In sense of this Law profit the profit got from the organization of activities of casino, operation of gaming machines with prize and also the organizations the Internet of games with prize is not considered.".
Article 2. To add article 11 of the Law with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) the expenses made as regards the organization of activities of casino, operation of gaming machines with prize and also the organizations the Internet of games with prize.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
