About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the property tax"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 15, 2010
Article 1. ZR-491 of December 26, 2002 "About the property tax" (further – the Law) to add Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with subitems 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:
"2. 1) snowmobile,
2. 2) motor-all-terrain vehicle (ATV),".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 7 of the Law after words of "vehicles" with words ", snowmobiles and motor-all-terrain vehicles (ATVs)".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
