Article 1. Item 8 parts one of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the property tax" (from December 26, 2002, to add ZR-491) after the words "which did not acquire state registration the rights yet" with words ", and also self-willedally built buildings and structures on this parcel of land persons having the property right or land use, including, self-willedally built structures in apartment buildings or in case of buildings".
Article 2. In Item of 1 part one of Article 6 of the word "5 and 6" shall be replaced with words "5, 6 and 8".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
