About introduction of amendments and changes in the Air code of the Republic of Belarus

Article 1. Bring in the Air code of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 78, 2/1214; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.01. 2014, 2/2125) following amendments and change:

1. In Article 1:

after paragraph one to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"model aircraft - the aircraft without person onboard whose flight control is possible only on condition of visual contact with it, and also the uncontrollable svobodnoletayushchy device;";

paragraphs two - to consider the sixty sixth respectively paragraphs third - the sixty seventh;

the twenty ninth after words "threat for" to add the paragraph with the word "safety";

to state the paragraph of the thirty sixth in the following edition:

"use of airspace of the Republic of Belarus - flights of aircrafts and other aircraft, except for model aircrafts, in airspace of the Republic of Belarus, and also the activities posing threat for safety of these flights (carrying out firing practice, missiles launches, explosive works, construction of high-rise constructions, activities in the course of which there are electromagnetic and other radiations);".

2. Add Article 3 with part two of the following content:

"Action of this Code does not extend to the relations connected with use by citizens and the organizations of model aircrafts.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after its official publication.
