Make to the section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of contractual form of work in the field of culture and competitive appointment procedure of heads of the state and utility cultural institutions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 10, the Art. 103) the following changes:
the first offer of Item 2 to add with words and figures "according to Item 9 of Article 36 of the Labor code of Ukraine";
in the paragraph the second Item 3 to replace the word "break off" with the word "stop".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
