About measures for providing proper conditions of life activity of the diplomatic and other equated to them foreign missions in the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of streamlining of property relations during creation of infrastructure of external relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing the high-quality solution of the questions connected with the organization of life activity of representative offices of the foreign states, the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Determine the single customer by servicing of the diplomatic and other equated to them foreign missions Service of diplomatic service under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Assign to it functions of coordination of organization activity and the companies servicing diplomatic representations in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Approve Provisional regulations for accounting treatment and provisions office and premises in lease to the diplomatic and other equated to them foreign missions according to appendix.

3. Authorize the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to represent valuable interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan when opening diplomatic and other representations of the country in the foreign states.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Ministry of Finance, the State Property Committee, the State Committee for Construction and Khokimiyat of Tashkent to direct group of specialists for studying of procedure for carrying out real estate transactions, pricings on the real estate and services to the countries with the developed market economy and till July 1, 1993 to make offers in the Cabinet of Ministers;

together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to handle issue of opening of specialized self-supporting polyclinic and hospital on medical attendance of staff of the diplomatic and other equated to them foreign missions using system of medical insurance in a month;
