About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bankruptcy" of December 25, 2006, ZR-51-N (further – the Law):

Part 1 to add 1) with the Item "e.1" of the following content:

"e. 1) managing director of investment fund;";

2) paragraph two of part 1 after the words ""investment company"" and "investment company" to add respectively with words ", " the managing director of investment fund"" and ", the managing director of investment fund";

3) part 2 does not attract changes in the text of Russian translation;

Part 5 after words of "investment companies" to add 4) with words ", managing directors of investment fund".

Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 3 of the Law to exclude the words "completely or in case of insufficiency of assets of the relevant fund-in missing part in the latter case" and to add part with the new offer of the following content: "At the same time for the managing obligation which are subject to execution at the expense of the managing director of fund provided by this part only in case of insufficiency of assets of fund in sense of this Law are considered as the obligation only in unsatisfactory part of assets of fund.".

Article 3. To add part 2 of article 13 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "The interim manager on the case of bankruptcy of investment fund is not appointed and the powers of the interim manager provided by this Law are performed by depositary of this investment fund according to the procedure and on the conditions established by this Law if other regulation is not provided or does not follow from the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds".".
