This Instruction determines procedure for rendering emergency mental health services to the patient in case of sudden origin at it mental disturbances (diseases) and (or) aggravation of chronic mental disturbances (diseases) requiring the emergency or urgent medical intervention (further - emergency mental health services).";

state Item 5 in the following edition:
