Make the following changes to "The rule the determining general terms of gas supply by gas-distributors", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 31, 1999 No. 87 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 5, Article 336; 2006, No. 9, Article 822; 2008, No. 5, Article 432; 2010, No. 1, Article 49):

1. at the end of subitem 4.1.6 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 4.1.7 of the following content:

"when carrying out special transaction against religious extremism, based on specifying of the bodies performing special operation against religious extremism - the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Services of state security.".

2. in the first offer of Item 4.1-1 after the word "shutdown" to add with words "(except as specified shutdowns in connection with carrying out special transaction against religious extremism)".
