About additional measures for streamlining of export-import transactions
In pursuance of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 1995 "About additional measures for streamlining of export-import transactions" and of July 19, 1995 "About further liberalization of foreign economic activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan", for the purpose of protection of interests of the state and business entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan when implementing export-import transactions the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine that:
export, including to CIS and Baltic countries, highly liquid goods according to the appendix N 1 is performed for freely convertible currency;
commodity export, not logged into application N 1, to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan can be performed both for freely convertible currency, and for national currency of these states, with obligatory determination of contract value in freely convertible currency;
the cost of goods delivered according to the barter contract is determined in freely convertible currency and forms base for calculation of the amount of obligatory sale of part of currency earnings to the Central bank in accordance with the established procedure;
Paragraphs of the fifth or seventh are excluded
2. To the ministry of external commercial relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to bring into accord with this resolution the regulating documents.
3. Recognize invalid paragraphs two and third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 25, 1993 N 520.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanova U. T. and Hamidova B. S.
