"3.7. Advertizing carriers are placed in the territory of the Reserve and its protective zone, on roof of architectural monuments (buildings) with the permission of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Azerbaijan Republic only based on the conclusion of arts councils under the promotional and informational organizations on condition of not causing negative impact on firmness of the specified buildings.".
