About introduction of amendments to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning dismissal from military service of persons having dependent on handicapped children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the subitem "ґ" Item of 1 part eight of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324; 2014, No. 36, Art. 1194; 2015, No. 13, Art. 85) following changes:

1. Third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Content by the woman (man) - to the military personnel of the full age child aged up to 23 years who is disabled person of I or II groups if she (he) did not state (did not express) desire to continue military service".

2. Add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"Content by the woman (man) - to the military personnel of the handicapped child of subgroup And aged up to 18 years if she (he) did not state (did not express) desire to continue military service".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
