Article 1. In Item 3 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About limited liability companies" (of October 24, 2001, ZR-252):
1) after the words "credit and payment and settlement institution" to add with the words "investment society";
2) the words "About Banks and Banking Activity", "About Payment and Settlement Systems and the Payment and Settlement Organizations", and also "About insurance and insurance activity" shall be replaced with words ""About banks and banking activity", "About payment and settlement systems and the payment and settlement organizations", "About the security market", and also "About insurance and insurance activity"".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in four months from the date of official publication.
