Article 1. Item 6 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About limited liability companies" of October 24, 2001, ZR-252 (further - the Law), after the words "and also" to add with the words "can have".
Article 2. The offer second of paragraph two of Item 1 of article 28 of the Law to state in the following edition: "The minimum size of the authorized capital of society is not established. In some cases, depending on field of activity of society, the minimum sizes of the authorized capital can be established by the law and other legal acts.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
