About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About limited liability companies"

Article 1. Paragraph two of part 7 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About limited liability companies" of October 24, 2001 to state ZR-252, in the following edition:
"The procedure for maintaining the register of members of society establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia, except for procedure for maintaining the register of the members of societies who are managing directors of bank, credit institution, insurance company, investment society and investment fund which is established by the regulatory legal act of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
