About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with introduction of patronage over the child
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Paragraph two of part seven of article 252 of the Family code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
2. Item 18 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376; 2008, 78, No. 27-28, 253) to state Art. No. No. 5-8, to the Art. in the following edition:
"18) foster tutors, parents tutors of orphanages of family type, adoptive parents if they receive cash cover according to the legislation".
3. The ninth Item of 1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2-3, of Art. 11 with subsequent changes) to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Foster tutors, parents tutors of orphanages of family type, adoptive parents, if they receive cash cover according to the legislation".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
