About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies"

Article 1. Article 93 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-232 of September 25, 2001 "About joint-stock companies" to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1 In sense of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About financial accounting", person performing audit of the company in the large company or audit commission (auditor) after decision making about the conclusion of large deal with interest to the conclusion of the agreement draws the conclusion about transaction compliance to requirements of this Law, and also market value.".

Article 2. Add article 96 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The company shall after decision making about the conclusion of large deal with interest, to the conclusion of the agreement to publish data on the parties of the transaction, conditions, nature and framework of interest, and also the conclusion established by part 1.1 of article 93 of this Law on the website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia of www.azdarar.am.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
