Cancel subitem 2-1.2.5 and Item 2-1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About measures for enhancement of management in the field of melioration and water economy" of February 23, 2006 No. 372 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2006, No. 2, Article 89; 2016, No. 2 (II book), Article 266).

2. Determine that:

2.1. position assignment and dismissal of heads of managements, representations and branches of the Azerbaijani Open joint stock company of melioration and water economy (further - Society), and also its subsidiaries is performed by Society;

2.2. creation and liquidation of managements, representations and branches of Society, creation reorganization and liquidation of subsidiaries are performed by Society and the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions is informed on it;

2.3. if for work on designing, construction (the construction, routine maintenance and overhaul repairs, reorganization to recovery), to management, content, protection by its managements and branches, and also subsidiaries of objects of melioration and the water economy which are on balance of Society need receipt of the license and permission, the specified license and permission are considered received and their repeated obtaining is not required;

2.4. powers on transfer from balance on balance, to lease, use and writing off (liquidation) in independent procedure (in system) the property which is on balance of Society, its managements, representations and branches, and also subsidiary are performed by Society.
