In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures in connection with encouragement of investments" of January 18, 2016 No. 745 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 1, Article 67) to make the following changes:
1. cancel Item 3.2.
2. in part 10 of the "Procedure for issue of the document of encouragement of investment" for the word "Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree shall be replaced with words "the President of the Azerbaijan Republic".
