Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Competition is held in cases, the stipulated in Article 12 Federal Laws "About Credit Stories".

1.2. The bureaus of credit histories included in the state register of bureau of credit histories have exclusive right on participation in tender (further - Bureau).

Only qualified Bureaus have the participation right in tender on transfer of credit stories of qualified Bureau.

1.3. The Bank of Russia on behalf of tender committee holds competition no later than two months from the date of transfer of credit stories on storage in the Central catalog of credit stories (further - TsKKI).

1.4. The payment for participation in tender is not levied.

1.5. All credit stories received by TsKKI from one bureau of credit histories are exposed on tender by single lot.
