About approval of the State basic program of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health

For the purpose of further effective coordination and program implementation of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the State basic program of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to approve methodical instructions about procedure for development, realization and coordination of individual programs of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulations on the state basic program of rehabilitation of disabled people and about the individual program of rehabilitation of disabled people" of September 7, 1999 No. 486;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 31, 2001 No. 399;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the State basic program of integration and rehabilitation of disabled people for 2004-2007 and the actions plan on execution of the State basic program of integration and rehabilitation of disabled people for 2004-2007" of August 9, 2004 No. 583.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
