About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 12, 2015
Article 1. Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions" of May 29, 2002 ZR-359-N (further - the Law) to add with the new offer of the following content: "Additional requirements to activities of credit institution as member of financial group, are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia".".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 15 of the Law after the words "other reports" with the words "and data".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 18 of the Law with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) requirements of the laws and (or) the legal acts adopted on their basis regulating activities of financial group with participation of credit institution are violated.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
