Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for return, expulsion and readmission of foreigners from the territory of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 492 of July 7, 2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 114-116, 564), to make the following changes and additions:

Item 3 to add 1) with new concept of the following content at the end:

"the highest interests of the child – providing adequate conditions for growth and harmonious development of the child, taking into account specific features of his personality and specific provision in which he is.";

Item 4 to add 2) with subitems of 7)-9) of the following content:

"7) the foreigner is declared the undesirable person;

8) concerning the foreigner the decision on expulsion is passed;

9) the foreigner whose statement for recognition of the status of the stateless person is rejected or concerning whom the corresponding procedure, or the foreigner concerning whom the status of the stateless person was cancelled is suspended and is not present other legal causes for its stay in the country.";
