About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 at No. 1494/21806, such changes:

Item 1 of the Section II to add 1) with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) answer at least 3 of the following criteria of financial condition:

1) the Gap index up to 3 months (IS) is determined as difference ratio between the size of assets for up to three months (cumulatively) and the size of obligations for up to three months (cumulatively) to assets. Value is more (-15%).

And - general assets of bank;

2) the effectiveness ratio of activities (ERA) is calculated as ratio of all-administrative expenses to net operating income. Values - less than 80%.
