The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2006, No. 37, Art. 318; 2009, No. 24, Art. 296; 2015, No. 40-41, of Art. 379; 2016, No. 4, St.

44) following changes:

1. The paragraph one of Article 1-2 to add with words and figures "(except cases of award of pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter to the wife (husband) taking into account requirements of part five of article 30 of this Law, it is appointed irrespective of dismissal from service)".

2. The fifth Article 30 to state part in the following edition:

"The wife (husband) of the supporter who died owing to the reasons specified in the Item "and" of article 20 of this Law has pension entitlement on the occasion of loss of the supporter according to the Item "d" of part four of this Article irrespective of, she (he) works (passes military service) or not".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
