1. Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (1992, No. 29, the Art. 399) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) persons who became disabled people in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to the disease connected with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of its carrying out, members of their families and members of families of persons, the died (dead) owing to wound, mutilations, contusions or other injuries of health received during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of its carrying out".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
