About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market

1. Bring in the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 3, 2013 No. 2826, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2013 at No. 2180/24712 (with changes) (further - the Provision), the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

in Chapter 1:

add Item 1 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Change like joint-stock company.";

in paragraphs one and the fourth Item 2 of figure "25" to replace with figures "10";

to state the subitem 3 of Item 5 in the following edition:

"3) date of making of action acceptance date is considered relevant organ of management of the issuer of the decision on provision of consent to transaction with interest.
