Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Regulations on the state regulation of the prices (rates, charges) on services of subjects of natural monopolies in transport terminals, ports, the airports and services in use of infrastructure of inland waterways approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 23, 2008 No. 293 "About state regulation of the prices (rates, charges) on services of subjects of natural monopolies in transport terminals, ports, the airports and services in use of infrastructure of inland waterways" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 17, Art. 1887; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3836; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2316; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3602; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153):

Federal Antimonopoly Service performs the choice of method of state regulation of rates for the airports proceeding from need of ensuring efficiency of state regulation of rates taking into account the features stated in methodical instructions (techniques) concerning state regulation of rates for specific method of regulation.";
