from maintaining one ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan in maintaining other ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the offers of the state bodies participating in transfer approved with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan;
