Article 1. The subitem "an" of Item 9.6 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to state ZR-186 (further – the Law) in the following edition:
"a) 9.6.1. for implementation of radio broadcast of telecasts:

in 20000-fold size of basic duty |

9.6.1.2. for capital broadcasting - annually |
in 10000-fold size of basic duty |

9.6.1.3. for territorial broadcasting - annually |

Article 2. To state Item 9.7.1 of article 19 of the Law in the following edition:
"9.7.1. for participation in tender on licensing of the teletranslators performing radio broadcast of telecasts by means of digital relaying system:

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
