Article 1. Items 4 and 5 parts 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to state ZR-186 in the following edition:
"4. For accounting of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (except for the refugees and citizens of the Republic of Armenia who did not reach 16 years) who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Armenia or the work of marks in the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia about the place of the actual accommodation in the amount of basic duty
5. For issue by police agencies of the Republic of Armenia of certificates to physical persons of addresses of their accounting (except for certificates of addresses of accounting of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who did not reach age of 16 years, or references issued to citizens upon the demand of state bodies and local government bodies of the Republic of Armenia) in the amount of basic duty".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
