About entering of amendments into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Add the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with Article 169.25 of the following content:

"Article 169.25. Not preserving the documents and other data on export and (or) transfer performed by the subjects performing export of controlled goods, transfer of controlled non-material values

1. Not preserving during the terms of the list of the exported goods and (or) the transferred values, invoices and the relevant documents certifying the fact about their reception-transmission after accomplishment by the subject performing export of controlled goods, actions for transfer of controlled non-material values, actions for export and (or) transfer established by the legislation:

attracts infliction of penalty, in fifty the multiple size of the established minimum wage.".

Article 2. "Parts 26 and 27, 169.24" to add part 3 of article 244.7 of the Code after words with the words "and Article 169.25".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
