Article 1. Add the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with Articles 47.12 and 47.13 of the following content:
"Article 47.12. Failure to carry out of the necessary measures provided by the Law before abortion (abortion) by the doctor
1. Failure to provide to the woman of free consultation by the doctor about possible negative effects of abortion before abortion (abortion) or failure to carry out of entries in medical documents on consultation provision:
attracts infliction of penalty, from forty-multiple to fifty multiple sizes of the established minimum wage.
2. Failure to provide to the woman of free social and medical consultation by the doctor about prevention of undesirable pregnancy and (or) the choice of its methods directly after abortion (abortion) or failure to carry out of entries in medical documents on consultation provision:
attracts infliction of penalty, from forty-multiple to fifty multiple sizes of the established minimum wage.
3. Failure to provide by the doctor to the expectant mother of time established by the law for acceptance of the final decision on abortion is direct before abortion (abortion):
attracts infliction of penalty, from eighty to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Repeated making of the act provided by this Article within one year after purpose of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty, in double size of the penalty provided by this Article for this act.
Article 47.13. Non receipt of the obligatory documents provided by the law when implementing abortion (abortion) in the cases permitted by the law
1. Non receipt by the doctor at the expectant mother or her legal representative of the written application or the written agreement when implementing abortion (abortion) in the cases permitted by the law:
attracts infliction of penalty, from eighty to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
