Article 1. To state article 47.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) in the following edition,
"Article 47.3 Violation of requirements of the sphere of drug circulation
1. Import or production or distribution or realization or application with violation of the law or unregistered (except for the cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia) medicines or medicines with the registration stopped in the procedure established by the law,
attracts infliction of penalty for each name of medicines,
1) in case to 10 packets, in the amount of hundredfold to hundred fifty multiple sizes of the established minimum wage,
2) in case to 30 packets, in the amount of three hundredfold to three hundred fifty multiple sizes of the established minimum wage,
3) in case to 30 packets and more, in the amount of eight hundred multiple to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Production or import or realization or storage or distribution of medicinal substances, medicinal raw materials, the researched medicinal products with violation of the law,
attracts infliction of penalty for each name of medicines, in the amount of hundred fifty to two hundred multiple sizes of the established minimum wage.
3. Failure to provide of the minimum assortment, according to the list of the main medicines which are subject to realization or release
attracts the prevention.
4. Provision not of pharmaceutical consultation in drugstores,
attracts infliction of penalty performing works, in fifty the multiple size of the established minimum wage, and to the employer – in hundredfold size.
5. Storage of overdue medicines in trade floors of drugstore, in waiting rooms,
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
6. Except for the cases provided by the Law, production of infusion solutions in drugstores,
