About entering of amendments into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with Article 47.9 of the following content:

"Article 47.9. Permission of implementation of job duties to the person which does not have the certificate on long professional development, permission of independent implementation of job duties to person, having the certificate with clause

1. To the person which does not have the certificate on long professional development, except for permissions of implementation of professional activity for the first time, to person, having the corresponding professional education, qualification and specialization, permission of independent implementation of job duties to person having the certificate with clause:

attracts infliction of penalty, in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.

2. The same violation which was made within one year after repeated application of measures of administrative punishment:

attracts infliction of penalty, in six hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".

Article 2. To add article 244.14 of the Code after number "47.8" with number", 47.9".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
